CNE hiring three supervisor-level roles - apply now!

If you are still looking for a full-time summer job, aare interested in securing a CNE job, and are available to start work as soon as possible, then check out these opportunities with the CNE's Business Development & Innovation team.

Senior Supervisor, Friends of the CNE
Reporting to the Manager, Guest Experience, this role will involve working within the Guest Experience department and supervising approximately 125 staff that are part of the CNE’s volunteer program. CNE volunteers can be found at each of the entry gates and provide event information to guests. CNE volunteers also provide support to other departments during the event as needed

Supervisor, Online Ticketing Support Call Centre
Reporting to the Manager, Guest Experience, this role will involve working in the CNE’s inbound call centre and overseeing the call centre leading up to and during the CNE period. The call centre provides support to CNE guests for issues related to online ticket sales and also provides general information about the CNE.

Senior Supervisor, Guest Experience
Reporting to the Manager, Guest Experience, this role will involve working within the Guest Experience department and supervising approximately 70 Information Services staff for the 18-day event. The Information Services staff group is responsible for providing CNE guests with event information in person during the event, by email, or by phone. This group also deals with the processing of guest complaints.
